How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will get an email to your email-id having all the information of your design(s).

What are the payment options available at Zorbamart.com?

Payment Options available are:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Cart
  3. Net Banking
  4. Cheque
  5. Cash on delivery for selected locations.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  2. Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
  3. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with our support team along with your order number and details of the amount deducted, or send an email to support@zorbamart.com for any further clarifications.

How do I check the status of my order ?

Whenever your order is shipped, You will get a mail regarding the shipment with a tracking number. Also it will be updated in your Zorbamart account.

Your order is processed through the following steps:-

  1. Pending: We have received your order and are in the process of manufacturing it.
  2. Processed: Your order is in the creation phase or is awaiting shipment.
  3. Shipped: We have queued your order for shipment. In the case of traceable packages, a tracking number is issued at this point. Please keep in mind that if your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it was not put in transit until the following business day.

How do I report an unauthorized purchase or billing error?

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver products purchased from Zorbamart  in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We use a host of shipping shippping partners including Aramex, DTDC, Blue Dart to ship your products.
What are the shipping charges on Zorbamart products?

We offer free delivery for all our products within the service area of courier partners.

Extra Shipping charges are dependent on  location. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location (Please use pincode checking option for exact freight charges)

An order cannot/ does not ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  1. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
  2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
How will my order arrive?

Your order will reach at your doorstep via our partnered courier service providers including  Aramex, DTDC, Blue Dart.

When does Zorbamart dispatch the orders?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday.
How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every paid order and ship within 4-5 working days. The orders placed before 2PM will be executed on the same day.

Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.
How do I re-order previously bought items?

How can I request for a sample ?

Go to the product page that you want. Click on Request A Sample. You can ask for a sample there.

Money is refunded back to your account when we get the sample back in good condition.
Does Zorbamart deliver products outside India?

No. Zorbamart does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

If an order is cancelled, when will I recieve my refund ?

Zorbamart will refund 100% of your money back to your account, if your order is cancelled. We process refund process as soon as it stands cancelled though transaction takes 7 days to complete.

How does an order process?

If the order is placed from the available stock of Zorbamart, it will be despatched as soon as we receives a confirmed order.

If it is a bulk order, it is processed in following steps:

  1. Once the order is confirmed, we will get back to you with your design for approval.
  2. As soon as it gets approved, order will be processed for printing
  3. After print, it will be dispatched from Zorbamart.
