We strive to deliver products purchased from Zorbamart  in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We use a host of shipping shipping partners including Aramex, DTDC, Blue Dart, to ship your products.

We offer free delivery for  all our products within the service area of courier partners.

Extra Shipping charges are dependent on location. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location (Please use pincode checking option for exact freight charges)

Delivery Time

We attempt to process every paid order and ship within 4-5 working days. Orders in by noon will be shipped that day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day. This is if you pay by any of those fancy credit/cash/debit cards you have. Now if you select “Cash on Delivery” option then there will be an extra Rs. 50 for the service.

Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.

An order cannot/ does not ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  1. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
  2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

Once you have received your Zorbamart shipping confirmation, please feel free to contact Customer Support if your package is taking longer to be delivered than was indicated to you during the checkout process.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complaint with our Customer Support Team within 30 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 30 days for the non-delivery of your order then Zorbamart.com will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.
